Pilates + Yoga = PIYO

To participate in a fitness class, it is generally recommended that individuals are physically healthy and able to engage in moderate physical activity, such as being able to walk or stand for extended periods, have normal blood pressure and blood sugar levels, and be free from any medical conditions that may be exacerbated by exercise, such as heart disease, high blood pressure, or chronic joint pain.

Open Level

Gentle PIYO

Gentle PIYO will combine Pilates with Yoga based-stretches supported by props.  You will relax your mind while connecting your breath to stretches and movements designed to restore your body.  Perfect for any level. Slow-paced.  This class is performed on the Pilates Tower Beds, so it’s perfect if you do not like laying on the floor.

Level 1

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga is a restorative form of Yoga focusing on stretch and relaxation. This peaceful, slower paced class is ideal for beginners or clients wanting a gradual introduction to yoga. The perfect way to counter the daily stresses of life, you will leave this class feeling calm & refreshed.

Open Level Classes

Pilates Mat

Pilates Mat will incorporate the Magic Circle, Resistance Bands, Hand Weights, & Stability Balls. Pilates Mat classes are Open Level, and beginner modifications & advanced variations are given for each exercise so that every client is challenged regardless of level.

Mat & Tower Combo

This is more than just the basic Mat class. Challenge yourself with the Mat exercises on the Tower! Springs and bars are added to increase resistance, stretch and take your Mat practice to the next level!

Mat & Tower Stretch

This Pilates Mat and Tower Combo class will incorporate classical and contemporary Pilates mat work with stretching on the Pilates Tower. Exercises focus on all aspects of spinal alignment and movement, breath, strength, and flexibility.

30 Min Mat

30 Minute Mat is a fast paced Pilates Mat class. A great stand alone class if you’re pressed for time or in addition before or after an apparatus class to fine tune your mat work and hit the core with more intensity. Roll ups/overs and full spinal mobility required.
